Apparentlyselling Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do not design, build, install or repair anything. We are also not a party to any contract you sign with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Businesses

The providers you meet through us are independent businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its quotes, pricing, schedules, permits, workmanship, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We also make no promise about a provider's availability, response time, schedule, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, we encourage you to check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance, and get an itemized written quote and contract.
