What Apparentlyselling Remodeling Is

Apparentlyselling Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do not do design, demolition, plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinet or any other remodeling work.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may also go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Apparentlyselling Remodeling for the calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. The payment may depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you do not hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets. Apparentlyselling Remodeling does not offer financing.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Apparentlyselling Remodeling. Each one alone is responsible for:

• Its quotes, contracts, pricing and payment terms
• The quality and scheduling of its work
• Its licenses, insurance and permits
• How it talks with you and how it behaves

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement of that provider, and it is not a promise about its work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that time.

The Choice Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request an itemized written quote, and compare other quotes before you decide.

Calls made through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded. This is done for quality, verification and billing.
